Liquor Store Robbed at Gunpoint

Guymon, Oklahoma, January 26, 2010- Last night (01/25/2010) around 8:45 PM the Guymon Police Department responded to a 911 call at OK Liquor Store on Fourth Street where the clerk was reporting an armed robbery. Once at the scene officers talked to the store clerk who reported a suspect had entered the store brandishing a handgun demanding money. The victim emptied the cash register for the suspect who then fled the scene with the cash.

The suspect is described as a heavy set white male approximately 6 ft tall with an unkempt beard, old style brown glasses and wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a black hat turned backwards.

Video surveillance from the stores camera was able to capture and image of the suspect and Guymon Police are asking for assistance in identifying the suspect.
